If you are a resident in or around the Durham County area and are looking for
a healthy and invigorating way of spending your free time then look no further.
We are a joint side, meaning we have male and female squads each dancing their
own traditions. So as you can see, there is no reason why the whole family cannot
join in the fun
Discover new friends and perticipate in one or many of the regular meetings
held around the country throughout the year. All you need is the dedication
to attend practices regularly and have an unlimited reserve of stamina. You
did realize it wasn't going to be easy didn't you? But yes, it does get easier.
After a few weeks you suddenly discover you've been having a conversation with
your partner all through the dance and you never had to think where you were
or what you were doing. That's when you can settle back and really enjoy yourselves.
